Vintage Monarch Flip Rear View Mirror Original Box

This is an aftermarket flip mirror. The brackets and instructions are missing. It is NOS but was not stored well and does have wear from sitting including light scratches, there is some specks in the mirror, pits, please see pics. Box is beat up. Any questions please ask.
