Vintage lakeside Hand Rip Saw 26” 6 PPI Freshly Sharpened & Set Thumbhole Handle

Vintage Lakeside Rip Cut saw with thumbhole handle. Manufactured by Disston & Sons for Wards and is just like their popular No. D8  Saw 6 Teeth per inch, 26 inches cutting plate. Fine condition.
The saw has just been jointed, sharpened and teeth set , it cuts fast and straight. The saw is very straight, no kinks or bends,  good visible etch. No pitting. No missing teeth. The top of the handle is the premium cover top" type that covers the top of the blade.
The  premium apple handle is very nice, no chips, cracks or repairs. No apologies for this fine saw other than the typical age staining of the saw plate.
Very collectible and also an excellent user.
