Welcome to Dolls That Make You Smile !
This primitive doll is completely handmade by me!
Primitive doll was made from coffee stained osnaburg and painted orange and sanded.
Meet Parker, his face has been primitively hand stitched with black wool felt nose and a stick for his mouth. I love how his face turned out and I hope you love it too ! He has burlap britches with jute tie, with patches and raffia stuffed legs. He is sewn to a vintage rusty bed spring. He has stick arms and a stick stem for his stem with homespun tie. He has a hang tag with a rusty bell for his name tag. Height is 16” tall.
All of my creations are hand stitched, sewn and stuffed by me. I stuff all my dolls very firmly with polyfil stuffing. No glue is ever used just stitches. Made in a smoke free home. Comes to you signed and dated.
All of my creations are coffee stain which makes each one unique. Any stray threads that come to you are absolutely free and can easily be removed.
