Up for auction is an antique 19th Century primitive lamp reently found at auciton in Lancaster County PA.  It is offered as found with middle support needing to be resoldered to the reinforcement ribs at each end.  The center appears glued or centered and resoldered.   The 3 fonts seem to have original wicks. The bricks inside are believed weight.  The light would be left on shore to attract eels and frogs which would often be caught with gigs.  19th century, well made.  There are cracks along the edges.  Corners cut on the shade.  Shade is 14" and 19.5".  Opening sticky, approx 3.75".
