    Description

    MADE IN NEW LEBANON NEW YORK,  Home of the Shaker
    Village, New Lebanon...N.Y.  Measures 11" in dia. X 7" high.
    Constructed with heavy ASH wood, small wood pegs & copper
    nails, (x-tra nails added over the years) .Nail line ( copper nails)
    Straight line, with No wood loss..Lid is solid No cracks or splits.
    Top band made with Oak, with taper ends..Note: small wood pegs
    around lid..Upper band around box, No breaks or loss of wood
    note copper tacks, also with taper ends. DIAMOND  ESCUTCHEONS on both sides, holding  heavy metal handle with wooden grip. One piece of wood makes
    bottom, with NO splits,cracks or loss of wood..
    Truly, a beautiful  11" PANTRY BOX....with possible Shaker workmanship.
