. You can purchase scent cups at Froggy's Fog and oil refills once you have the cup as a cheaper option. These work great, however they cover an approx. 150 square foot room, not 250 sq. feet as Froggy's website claims, so beware. You will need at least 2 for larger open rooms for appropriate scent quality.  I believe Froggy's stopped making these white ones in the last year or two and now make a different style that are black in color that also claim to cover 250 sq ft, but be wary of that.
They make a lot of great scents perfect for Halloween, Christmas and even year round use.
