Early 19Th Century Hog Scraper Candlestick with Chair Hook

I am listing an early Hog Scraper Candlestick. The push up mechanism works as intended and it has the chair hook intact. It metal has a nice aged patina.  It measures about  6 1/2" Tall to the top and has a 3 7/8"" Diameter at the base. Please check all the pictures. They are the best description.
