Antique Metal Candle Cutting/Snuffer Tool w/ Trivet Base, Crown Warranted Patent *As Found
Really unique old metal tool...I believe it is a candle cutter/snuffer (douter? happy to update listing if you have any helpful information, I searched extensively online).  Crown warranted patent mark (makes this English?), measures 6 ½” long x 3” wide closed x 2 ¼” high.
In a
s found condition with old surface patina, 1 trivet foot missing,
cutter does move but not freely as it is (probably will once this item is cleaned)
